ELECTRON

Atomic is a fictional brewery I dreamed up and designed based on the periodic table. Each beer is named after a corresponding element. The color (SRM) determines the row, with the lightest on top and darkest on the bottom. Alcohol content (OG) determines the column, with high gravity beers on the left (the unstable elements) and non-alcoholic beers on the right (the noble gases).

DESIGN

The basis of the label is the iconic square with element abbreviation, name, atomic number and atomic weight for the different varieties. The dotted background pattern references electron dot structures, while shape and color differentiates each design. Each color is based on what that element alludes to – for example, you take Lithium when you're feeling blue.

I also taught myself Adobe Dimension to render the cans.

LESSON PLAN POSTER

To gamify the Atomic Brewing Company brand, "Chemistry 1101 Syllabus" posters will be created and distributed to fans. Beer purchased from the store or at a bar will earn the customer a sticker for the variety they purchased. As aspiring chemists experiment with more flavors, they can fill in their own periodic table to keep track of their progress.

WEBSITE

I'd been wanting to play around with Adobe XD so I used it to build a responsive website.
